NOTICE is hereby given of a public hearing before the Board of Trustees (the “Board”) for the Town of Collbran, Colorado (the “Town”) at 6:00pm on August 5, 2025, at Collbran Town Hall located at 1010 High Street, Collbran, Colorado 81624 for the purpose of considering the adoption by reference of various model codes as described herein (the “Building Codes”) to regulate the construction, alteration, and maintenance of structures within the Town.
