Apply for a Land Use Permit

Please see our Municipal Code to view all required information regarding your specific land use permit application.

Building/Demolition Permit Applications require a $80 filing fee 

Excavation Permits require a $180 filing fee

Filing Fees can be paid via cash, check, or by credit card on our website or by calling Town Hall.

Most permits are sent to our contracted Planner. Normal turn around time for applications is a week (5 business days).
